I really want to thank Ryan and Dewayne for helping me get a vehicle...I seriously thought that I couldnt get one but they did everything they can to get me one so I really appreciate it!!! Dewayne is very honest. My husband called about a truck and made an appointment to see it. Dewayne called him back later to make sure he had told him there was trouble with the ac. Dewayne didn't want us to drive all the way from Warrensburg and not have all the facts. We really like the truck and Dewayne worked to make it happen and to correct the ac trouble. Then on top of that he was going to be out of town when we picked it up and gave us his card and told us to please call or text him if we needed anything. Customer service is definitely very important to him and it shows in his service. I would recommend this dealership and Dewayne to anyone. Thanks again sir! :-)

I have never been more pleased with Dewayne, Ryan, and Abrea! The Elmer Hare team and experience was probably the best I ever had! This is my 2nd car from Elmer Hare and they found exactly what I asked for, I didn't expect anything less when working with Dewayne Lewis. I have been searching for a year, I gave up a few times, but he never did! Couldn't be happier, he even made David happy, the husband, and he's pickier than me! So BIG win for all of us!! I loved my experience.. I sent in an application Sunday night. Ryan called me Monday to talk about it. And Tuesday Ryan called me my application was approved we got there at 12 and by 3 Dewayne had us on our way back home with a new car.
